Welcome to OWN Garage. By accessing our website, mobile app or booking any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Services OWN Garage provides car care services including washing, detailing, interior cleaning, coating and (soon) full mechanical workshop services. All services are company-operated. No franchise or third-party mechanic will be dispatched. 2. Bookings & Confirmation A booking request is not confirmed until our ops team calls you back and agrees on a slot. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site AI diagnostic; any add-on requires your explicit approval on the digital job card. 3. Pricing Prices listed on this website are indicative. Segment-based pricing (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, Luxury) applies. GST is charged as per prevailing rates. We accept UPI, cards and cash. 4. Cancellation & Reschedule Cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the slot. For late cancellations we may charge a nominal visit fee. 5. Liability OWN Garage carries commercial insurance covering vehicles in our care. We are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Any pre-existing damage will be documented on the job card before work starts. 6. Warranty Coatings, PPF and mechanical work carry manufacturer-backed and/or workmanship warranties. Warranty terms are printed on the invoice. 7. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
